A request sent through this site is not yet a confirmed booking. It becomes one once we confirm your date is available and you accept the total cost.

We may decline a request if the date is full, the group is larger than we can carry, or conditions on the ground make the trip unworkable.

All prices on this site are in Indonesian Rupiah and are per person, unless stated otherwise on the relevant page.

Day tour prices include the vehicle, fuel, driver and parking. Entrance fees, meals and personal spending are not included unless stated.

Prices may change at any time, but a price we have confirmed for your booking will not change.

You can pay by bank transfer, QRIS, or cash on the day of departure.

For monthly rentals and large groups we ask for a deposit, agreed before your departure date.

Cancel 7 days or more before your date and you get a full refund. Inside 7 days the booking is non-refundable, because the vehicle, driver and any tickets are already committed.

Rain is the exception to that. If it rains on your date the choice is yours — a full refund or a new date — whichever you prefer, at no charge.

If we cancel — because of road conditions or any other safety reason — you may choose either a new date or a full refund, whatever the notice period.

Activities such as rafting, ATV riding, downhill cycling and trekking carry inherent risk. Participants must follow the guide's instructions and tell us about any relevant health conditions before departure.

Participants under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Some activities have age and height limits, which we will tell you about when confirming.

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles or at activity sites.

Renters must hold a valid licence for the class of vehicle hired and must wear a helmet while riding.

Damage beyond fair wear and tear, and any traffic fines incurred during the rental period, are the renter's responsibility.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, road closures, government decisions or other events outside our control. In those cases we will offer a replacement date or refund the portion of the cost not already spent.
