We only ask for the data we genuinely need in order to handle your booking request.

Contact details are used to reply to your request, confirm that your date is available, and arrange your pickup.

Trip details are shared, only as far as necessary, with the driver or activity operator handling your booking — a rafting operator or a boat company, for example — and only the information they actually need.

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for anything beyond your booking without your permission.

Essential cookies store your own cookie choice and keep the booking form working. These cannot be switched off, because the site will not function without them.

Statistics and marketing cookies are only set after you agree. You can change that decision at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the related cookies are deleted from your browser straight away.

If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google acts as our processor for this and may store the data outside Indonesia. Advertising and personalisation signals stay switched off unless you also accept marketing cookies.

Booking data is kept for at most 24 months after your trip, for accounting and in case a complaint comes up. After that it is deleted.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 180 days.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it entirely.

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Booking data is only accessible to the team handling reservations.

No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that affects you, we will tell you using the contact details you left with us.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Significant changes will be announced with a notice on the site.
